Recipe - Holiday Cake

Ingredients:
Holiday Cake recipe makes 4 Servings
1 pound Butter softened
2 1/3 cup Sugar
6 Eggs
2 ounce Lemon extract
4 cup Flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half pound Candied cherries
One fourth pound Candiedpinapple
1 pound Pecans
One fourth pound White raisins
Mix 1 cup flour with candied fruit,pecans and rasins. Cream butter and
sugar, add eggs beat well, add lemon extract blend well. sift together
remaining dry ingredients and cream mixture add fruit and nuts. Bake at
300* for 1 One half hours in 3 loaf pans till lightly browned
