Recipe - Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole

10 Eggs
One half cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoon Butter
1 pt Cottage cheese, small curd
1 teaspoon Baking powder
16 ounce Monterey Jack, shredded
2 cup Chilies, green, chopped
1 pound Ham, cut or sliced up
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter. Chop ham. Beat eggs until lightlemoncolored.
Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into wellgreased casserole
dish. Bake 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
