2 Spring onions
1 Tomato; chopped
One half Lime; juice of
1 tablespoon Grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, then chill for a while and
serve with crudit‚s or tortilla chips.
