Ingredients:
Hoisin Sauce Chicken recipe makes 1 Servings
One fourth cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Sherry or marsala
2 Green onions, minced
2/3 cup Hoisin sauce
One half teaspoon Chinese chili paste
Garlic, optional
Chicken, cut in 8ths
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingred. add chicken. line 13x9 pan with
foil. add add chicken pour sauce over. bake till doen
