Recipe - Hoisin Lime Sauce

One half cup Minced shallots
One half cup Canola oil
One fourth cup Minced garlic
1 cup Hoisin
One half cup Fresh lime juice
One half cup Chopped candied ginger
1 teaspoon Freshlyground white pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
Saute shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Add hoisin and
saute. Add juice, ginger and white pepper. In a blender, puree all. With
blender running, slowly add remaining oil until smooth. Check for
seasoning.
