Recipe - Hoisin Lime Oil

Canola oil; for cooking
1 cup Hoisin
1/3 cup Fresh lime juice
1/3 cup Canola oil
Salt; to taste
Freshlyground white pepper;
to taste
In a nonstick pan, coat with oil and cook hoisin for 3 minutes. Transfer to
a blender. Add lime juice and blend, drizzling in the oil. Add seasoning.
