Recipe - Hoisin-Peanut Sauce

One half cup Hoisin sauce
One fourth cup Water
2 teaspoon Rice vinegar
GARNISH
2 tablespoon Chopped roasted peanuts
Notes: From Orange County Registar
Cook's note: If you want to make the sauce a little spicy, add 1 teaspoon
of chili paste or chili paste with garlic.
1. Place hoisin sauce, water and vinegar in a medium saucepan. Bring to
boil on mediumhigh heat; boil, stirring, for about 30 seconds.
2. Remove from heat and cool. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
Yield: about Three fourths cup, about 68 servings
