Of
Fat ground
1 cup High protein cereal
One half cup Skim milk
1 Egg lightly beaten
2 teaspoon Instant beef bouillon opt
2 tablespoon Instant minced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill 4"
