POWDER MIX
15 Square saltines; (2")
2 cup Dry minced parsley flakes
One half cup Dry minced onions
2 tablespoon Dry dill weed
One fourth cup Onion salt
One fourth cup Garlic salt
One fourth cup Onion powder
One fourth cup Garlic powder
SALAD DRESSING
1 tablespoon Mix
1 cup Mayo
1 cup Buttermilk
Put crackers through blender on high speed until powdered. Add parsley,
minced onions and dill weed. Blend again until powdered. Dump into bowl.
Stir in onion salt, garlic salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Put into
container with tightfitting lid. Store at room temp for 1 year. Makes 42
1 TB servings. TO USE MIXCombine mix, Mayo and buttermilk. Yield 1 pint.
