Recipe - Hickory Sticks

Ingredients:
Hickory Sticks recipe makes 2 Servings
1 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Butter
1 lg Egg
1 1/3 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Nuts; preferably hickory
nuts
Confectioner's sugar
Cream sugar, butter & egg. Sift flour with baking powder & salt. Combine
flour with creamed mixture & add nuts. Line 9inch pie tin with paper.
Spread batter & smooth out. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Cut in long,
narrow stript while still warm & roll in confectioner's sugar.
