Recipe - Hickory Smoked Shrimp

4 tablespoon Butter; melted
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Lemon; juice only
42 Shrimp (2630 count); peeled
& deveined; with tails on
Parsley sprigs & lemon
wedges for garnish
Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce & lemon juice. Dab sauce on shrimp
& arrange on broiler pan. Broil 68 minutes, just until done. Serve 7 on
each plate garnished with a sprig of parsley & a lemon wedge.
