Recipe - Hickory Cheese Loaf

1 Loaf bread; French or rye
un cut or sliced up
One half cup Soft butter
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar
cheese
1 tablespoon Snipped parsley
One half teaspoon Hickory smoke salt
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch thick slices. DON'T SLICE THROUGH. Mix
all remaining ingredients; spread mixture on every other slice. Wrap loaf
securely in heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake in oven 15 minutes at 250 F.
Make on grill 4 inches from coals, turning often.
