Recipe - Hersheys Syrup Lowfat Snacking Brownies

6 tablespoon 5060% vegetable oil spread
1 cup Granulated sugar
One half cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S
Dutch Processed Cocoa
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Egg whites; slightly beaten
One half cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Finely chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350¡F. Lightly spray 8inch square baking pan with vegetable
cooking spray. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt spread. Add
granulated sugar; stir until blended. Remove from heat; stir in cocoa and
vanilla. Add egg whites; stir to blend. Stir in flour and walnuts. Spread
batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away
from sides of pan. Cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into
bars. 16 brownies.
