Recipe - Herring Salat (Herring Salad)

6 Salt herring cleaned and
4 cup Apples peeled and
Washed
Quartered
2 cup Boiled beef
1 lg Onion
1 cup Dill pickles
Pepper to taste
1 cup Pickled beets

Put through food chopped, add pepper and mix. A little cream and sugar may
