Recipe - Heres Super Strawberry Smoothie

250 g Punnet strawberries; washed
and hulled
1 150 gram car Greek style
yogurt
500 ml Fresh milk; chilled (18fl
oz)
2 tablespoon Icing sugar; sieved

Place the strawberries, reserving four for decoration, into a
liquidiser/blender with the yogurt and blend until smooth.

Add the milk and the icing sugar and blend again for 5 seconds.

Pour into tall glasses and decorate with a strawberry which has a small cut
in it so that it will hang on the edge of the glass.

Serve well chilled, with a straw.

Notes Other fruits such as bananas, mangoes or raspberries can be used an
an alternative.
