Recipe - Herby Shrimp Pasta

1 pound Shrimp; cleaned and cooked
One half pound Snow peas; blanched
2 cup Diced; (1/4inch) ripe plum
tomatoes
4 tablespoon Chopped fresh tarragon; dill
or parsley
2 teaspoon Finely grated orange zest
One fourth cup Olive oil
One half pound Fusilli; (or other shaped
pasta), cooked al dente
Salt and black pepper; to
taste
One fourth cup Fresh orange juice
This easy shrimpandvegetable pasta is welcome all year. The double bonus:
Shrimp is everyone's favorite seafood and you're out of the kitchen
licketysplit.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the juice. Toss together
well.
Before serving, add orange juice and adjust seasonings. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
