Recipe - Herby Glazed Sausage Kebabs

3 tablespoon Clear honey
1 teaspoon Wholegrain mustard
1 Clove garlic; crushed, up to

2 tablespoon Freshly chopped sage
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
16 Cocktail sausages
8 small New potatoes; boiled in
their
; skins
1 Green pepper; cut into 8
4 Cherry tomatoes

1. Blend together the honey, mustard, garlic, sage and seasoning.

2. Arrange the remaining ingredients onto 4 long skewers.

3. Coat with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill for 1215
minutes, turning and basting occasionally.

Barbecue as for grilling.
