Ingredients:
Herbs And Trout recipe makes 4 Servings
2 810 oz. trouts
4 tablespoon Melted butter
1 Lemon; cut or sliced up
1 Orange; cut or sliced up
Salt and pepper; to taste
Basil; to taste
Thyme; to taste
Shallots; to taste
1 ds Paprika
Brush trout with melted butter. Season with salt, pepper, basil, thyme and
shallots. Place lemon and orange slices on top in alternating pattern.
Sprinkle with paprika. Steam over clear water for 710 minutes.
Serves 6.
