Recipe - Herbed Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:
Herbed Yogurt Bread recipe makes 4 Servings
One half cup Plain nonfat yogurt
One half cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Canola oil
3 cup Bread flour
One half teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
One half teaspoon Dried mint flakes
1 tablespoon Wheat bran
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Yeast
Place all ingredients into bread machine in order given. Bake on rapid
cycle with light crust.
NOTES : This is a light, tangy loaf. Great toasted!
