10 ounce Spinach; (frzn)well drained
One half cup Onion; finely chopped
1 Egg; beaten
2 One half tablespoon Margarine; reduced cal.mltd
One half cup Bread crumbs; dried
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Thyme leaves, dry
One fourth teaspoon Sage (rubbed)
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 350*F. In medium mixing bowl combine spinach, onion, egg
and margarine, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients and mix again until
thoroughly combined. Using rounded teaspoonfuls, shape spinach mixture into
16 equal balls. Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray; arrange
balls on sheet.
Bake until balls are cooked through and lightly browned, 1820 min. 4
balls=126 calories.
