Recipe - Herbed Shrimp Dunk

2 Sprigs fresh parsley
1 Sprig fresh dill
10 Fresh blades of chives
3 Peppercorns
1 cup Diced cooked shrimp
1 cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Dry sherry
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Paprika
In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped;
add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients;
blend until smooth. Chill. Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives.
Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp. Makes about 1 Three fourths cup.
