Recipe - Herbed Salisbury Steaks

1 pound Lean ground beef
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoon Dehydrated vegetable flakes,
(onions,carrots,tomatoes,
celery,and/or bell peppers)
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Garlic and herb marinade/
sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar)
1 Jar (4 One half oz.) cut or sliced up
mushrooms, drained
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard,
and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about
One half inch thick.
Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over
mediumhigh heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on
each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until the beef
patties are no longer pink in the center. Yield 4 servings Typed in
