Recipe - Herbed Pollock Fillets

1 pound Pollock fillets
1/3 cup Melted butter
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dried tarragon
One fourth teaspoon Lemon pepper
Paprika
Lemon wedges
Cut fish into serving size pieces; arrange on broiler pan. In bowl
combine butter, lemon juice, tarragon & lemon pepper. Brush fish with
herb butter, sprinkle with paprika. Broil 46 minutes. Brush fish
with herb butter during broiling. Serve with lemon wedges.
