Recipe - Herbed Pecan Rub

One half cup Pecans; broken
3 Cloves garlic; cut up
One half cup Fresh oregano
One half cup Fresh thyme
One half teaspoon Lemon peel; finely shredded
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Cooking oil

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients EXCEPT oil. Cover
and blend several times, scaping sides, until a paste forms. With machine
running, gradually add oil until mixture forms a paste. Rub onto fish or
chicken.
Makes One half cup, enough for 3 pounds of meat.
