Recipe - Herbed Pea Salad

2 10 oz. pkgs
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Sour cream
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Fresh dill finely
Chopped
3 teaspoon Mint (do not use dried)
Finely chopped
Frozen tiny peas
1. Thaw peas and pat dry with paper towels. (Peas can be thawed in the
microwave oven on Defrost setting for 3 to 4 minutes.)
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and
herbs.
3. Just before serving, mix together dressing and peas.
