Recipe - Herbed Parmesan Tomatoes

18 One half Inch thick tomato slices
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Three fourths teaspoon Fresh basil, finely chopped
(or One fourth tsp dried)
2 teaspoon Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Reduced calorie margarine,
melted

Place tomato slices on a broiler pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray;
set aside. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil,
parsley, and margarine; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over tomato slices; broil
for 5 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs and
parsley sprigs.
