Recipe - Herbed Parmesan Bread

2 cup Warm water
2 pack Dry yeast
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Soft butter
One half cup + 1 Tbls. parmesan
1 One half tablespoon Oregano
4 One fourth cup Flour
Sprinkle yeast over water in large bowl of mixer, stir until
dissolved. Add sugar, salt, butter, One half cup cheese, oregano and 3
cups flour. Beat at low speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Scrape
down sides of bowl and beaters with rubber spatula. Let rise in warm
place for 45 minutes. Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease 1 One half 2
quart casserole. With wooden spoon stir down batter. Beat vigerously
for 30 seconds, 25 strokes. Turn into prepared casserole. Sprinkle
evenly with 1 Tbls. cheese. Bake 55 minutes. Turn out on wire rack.
Let cool completely, or serve warm, cut into wedges.
