Recipe - Herbed Green Beans And Tomatoes

1 pound Fresh green beans
1 tablespoon Snipped fresh oregano
One fourth cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Snipped fresh parsley
2 cup Sliced Roma tomatoes
Salt and pepper; to taste
2 Cloves garlic; minced
One fourth cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
One fourth cup Snipped fresh basil
Cook beans in boiling salted water until crisp tender, about 8 minutes.
Drain. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add beans and toss to coat. Add
the tomatoes, garlic and herbs. Saute one minute. Reduce heat to low and
cook 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Can
be served hot or chilled. Yield: 4
