Recipe - Herbed French Bread

Ingredients:
Herbed French Bread recipe makes 1 Servings
One fourth cup Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Fresh chives; chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 8 ounce loaf french bread;
cut into 1/2"
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add oil and garlic; saut until garlic is tender.
Remove from the heat; stir in Parmesan, chives and mustard. Cool for 5
minutes or until creamy. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Place
with buttered side up on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for
68 minutes or broil 23 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 46
