Recipe - Herbed Dijon Bread

1/8 cup Egg substitute
7/8 cup Water
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Canola oil
One fourth cup Oat flour
2 Three fourths cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon Yeast
Place ingredients into bread machine in order given. Bake on white bread
cycle with light crust.
