Recipe - Herbed Cauliflower

1 One half pound Cauliflower (2 10oz. pks
Frozen)
One fourth cup Margarine
One half cup Chopped onions
One half cup Chopped celery
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
2 teaspoon Chicken flavored broth mix
One half teaspoon Ground sage
1 cn (4oz) mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook cauliflower; drain. Melt margarine in a skillet. Add onions and
celery, cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in
broth mix, poultry seasoning and sage. Preheat oven to 350F. Dice
cauliflower. Add onion mixture, drained mushrooms, salt and pepper and mix
well. Place mixture in a baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick
spray. Bake 20 minutes.
