Recipe - Herbed Bulgar

6 ounce Bulgur; (1 cup)
2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Margarine; optional
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
2 tablespoon Dried onions
One half teaspoon Ground sage
One half teaspoon Savory
Salt and pepper; to taste
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil
over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 mintues, until all the
liquid is absorbed.
