Recipe - Herbed Anchovy Dressing (Salsa Boquerone

1 small Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; minced
One fourth teaspoon Basil
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato catsup
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
1 cn Anchovy fillets; with oil
1/3 cup Wine vinegar
Pepper to taste

Serve on green salad

Combine onion, garlic, herbs, and anchovies Mash to paste. Add remaining
ingredients. Beat until well blended. yield 1 One half cups.
