1/3 cup Heavy cream
Three fourths cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
One fourth teaspoon Ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon Ground cardamom
One fourth cup Garam masala, allspice or
Nutmeg

1. Whip the cream in a mediumsized, chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Mix remaining ingredints together in a small bowl and gently fold into
the cream. The sauce should be the consistency of thick cream.

for a thicker sauce use only One fourth cup of buttermilk.
