2 One fourth pound Peeled & deveined shrimp
1 Recipe COURT BOUILLON
One fourth cup Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Tomato puree
1 cup Tomato juice
Three fourths cup Water
One fourth teaspoon Basil
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half cup Sherry
Cook shrimp in court bouillon. Remove from liquid & cool completely.
Melt butter in pan. Add garlic, tomato puree, tomato juice & water.
Simmer 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour
into bowl. Arrange shrimp around bowl. Use sauce as dip.
