Recipe - Herb And Crunch Wheat Bread

1 One half teaspoon Rapid rise yeast
2 cup Bread flour
One fourth cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 One half tablespoon Dry milk
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
1 One fourth teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Lukewarm water
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
Measure ingredients exactly. Select regular or rapid bake cycle. Do NOT
use delayed cycle for this recipe.
In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 cup less water.
