Recipe - Herb And Cheese Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients:

6 Cutlets (4oz ea)
One half teaspoon Basil
One half teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Chopped cives
One half teaspoon Cracked pepper
12 ounce Cream cheese
1 Egg
One fourth cup Milk
1/3 cup Flour
2 cup Bread crumbs
One half cup Oil
2 cup MORNAY SAUCE

Heat oven to 350. lb. meat thin. Blend herbs & pepper into cheese.
Place 2 ounce cheese mixture on each piece of meat. Wrap meat around.
Mix egg in milk. Dust with flour. Dip in milk. Dredge in crumbs. Heat
oil in skillet. Brown meat. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake 12
minutes. Heat Mornay. Serve sauce with meat.
