One fourth teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Dill weed
One fourth teaspoon Celery seed
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Dried parsley

Combine all ingredients and grind with a mortar and pestle. Store in a
small herb jar. Makes 1 Three fourths teaspoons.
If substituting fresh herbs for the dry in this mixture; triple the amount
called for. As fresh is less potent than dried.
Per teaspoon: 285mg sodium Contains only trace amounts of other nutrients
too small to evaluate.
