Recipe - Herb Salt

1/3 cup Kosher salt coarse
5 Garlic cloves
2 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon White pepper freshly
Ground
One half teaspoon Ginger ground
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Celery seed
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Dillweed dried
(Makes about Three fourths cup.) Place salt in processor. With machine running, add
garlic cloves and mix until minced, about 20 seconds. Transfer to bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight jar at room temperature.
