Recipe - Herb Pesto

2 cup Fresh Herbs; * See Note
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme; * See Note
One fourth cup Olive Oil
One fourth cup Pine Nuts; Or Walnuts;
Toasted
Salt And Pepper; To Taste
3 Cloves Garlic; Minced
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan Cheese;
Optional
Water; As Needed
*Basil, parsley, cilantro, mint, spinach or and combination of 2 or 3.
*Marjoram, oregano or tarragon; optional.
Process until smooth adding water 1 tablespoon at a time. If a chunkier
pesto is desired, omit water.
Makes Three fourths cup.
