Recipe - Herb Crusted Swordfish

2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 12 oz. strip steak
Salt and pepper
Dressing
One fourth cup Olive oil
One half cup Lemon juice
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth cup Fresh parsley
1 cup Fresh cilantro
One half cup Fresh basil chopped
One fourth cup Fresh mint leaves
1 cup Arugula
1 pound Farfalle pasta
Directions: In a pan, heat 2 Tbs. olive oil over medium heat. Add steak and
cook until golden, or about 4 minutes. Turn steak over and cook to desired
wellness. Remove from pan and cut into slices. In a large bowl, whisk
together oil, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Add the fresh herbs, steak and
pasta. Toss well and serve chilled.
