6 Egg roll wrappers (7x7)

24 Wonton wrappers
nonstick cooking spray
1 One half teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
crushed
*or*
1 One half teaspoon Dried oregano crushed
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
Cut each egg roll wrapper 4 pieces. Fill dutch oven or large pot about 1/2
full of water, bring to boil. Drop in egg roll wrappers 2 at a time, cook
1520 sec till look like cooked noodles. Use slot spoon and remove 1 at a
time. Drain on paper towels in single layer. If stick together, hold under
cold water to separate. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange
wrappers in single layer and sprinkle with spices. Bake 375 for 5 minutes.
Turn, additional 34 minutes till golden and crisp. Remove and cool on wire
rack.
