Recipe - Herb-Smoked Potatoes

2 tablespoon Olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Liquid smoke
16 Red new potatoes,
cut in half
1 tablespoon Rosemary, minced
Black pepper
to taste
Combine the oil and liquid smoke. Add to the potatoes with the pepper and
rosemary. Stir until potatoes are well coated. Wrap the potatoes in foil
and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400degree oven 25
minutes, or until tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
