Recipe - Herb-Baked Tomatoes

6 Plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil
One fourth teaspoon Each salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
Halve tomatoes lengthwise and place on baking sheet; brush with oil. Bake
in 450øF oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Season with salt and
pepper; sprinkle with thyme. Makes 6 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
