Recipe - Herb-Baked Cod

One half cup Soft breadcrumbs
One fourth teaspoon Dried whole oregano
One fourth teaspoon Anise seeds
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 One half teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
2 Cod fillets; (4ounce)
Vegetable cooking spray
2 Lemon wedges
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl; toss well.
Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over fillets; dredge fillets in breadcrumb
mixture.
Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 deg
for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and
breadcrumbs are lightly browned. Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 3 ounces
fish).

NOTES : Serve with lemon wedges.
