Ingredients:
Helens Scones recipe makes 2 Servings

2 One fourth cup Flour
One fourth cup Shortening
One fourth cup Sugar (+)
One half cup Milk or more
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
Preheat pan to 375. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in
shortening. Add egg and milk. Knead lightly and roll out 1/2" thick. Cut
in triangle. Bake on griddle or electric fry pan about 5 minutes each side.
