1 pound Pea beans
One half pound Bacon
Three fourths cup Onions, minced
1 Green pepper
Three fourths cup Celery, minced
28 ounce Tomato sauce
1 One half teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Salt
One fourth cup Light molasses
One half cup Brown sugar
Soak beans overnite. Cook soaked beans til tender. Chop vegetables. Simmer
bacon, onion, pepper, and celery but do _not_ brown. Place all ingredients
in a casserole or bean crock and bake at 300 for 27 hours til done.
