Recipe - Heidelberg Rye

3 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1 cup Water; warm 110 deg
2 One half tablespoon Molasses
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Rye flour
2 tablespoon Cocoa
One half tablespoon Sugar
One half tablespoon Salt
1 One half cup Bread flour
One half tablespoon Caraway seed
3 teaspoon Yeast
Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Set for basic cycle
and press start.
