Recipe - Heavenly Jam

12 Peaches peeled; pitted and
mashed
1 cup Orange juice or juice of 2
oranges
3 tablespoon Orange rind or rind of 1
orange; cut fine
One half cup Maraschino cherries; cut
fine
6 cup Sugar
Combine all but cherries. Cook gently for 1 One half to 2 hours. Ladle into hot,
sterilized jars and seal with paraffin. Makes 12 baby food jars.
