Recipe - Heatwave Hamburgers

2 One half pound Ground beef
4 tablespoon Garlic powder
4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoon Nuoc mam
2 tablespoon Ground black pepper
2 tablespoon Onion flakes
2 Dried ground tabasco peppers

This is a quick and easy recipe for those days when it's just too hot to
cook a long, involved meal. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make
patties, and grill over a hickory wood fire until done. Make sure your
grill is in the shade

Serving Ideas : homegrown tomato slices, onion slices, garden salad.
